Subject: never let them destroy our inheritence

as i walk these reflective marble hallways and admire the ornate masterworks in their beautiful frames adorning the smooth walls, flagged on each side by delicate silver, i peer through the intricate stained glass into the world outside and see naught but rot and death. the stinking corpses pile high and the miasma blots out the sun, fandom clouds over fandom earth. each acre in this once glorious land carved up and parceled out to fat lords; google, meta, billionaires and CEOs, their greasy fingers cracking the earth and sucking its marrow clean. i will protect my sanctuary with my life.

Subject: This is amazing.

This is amazing. It's almost like a time capsule. I've only gone through the NES library so far, but it's so cool seeing people give their genuine thoughts on the games in the guides, It's also really interesting seeing these people inject some of their personal lives into these guides. Their old emails, old attitudes, sense of humour, even mentioning people and thanking them, a la the introduction of a book. It's funny seeing a bunch of people rage at the thought of their guides being stolen from the internet, and saying that you can get the most up to date version on their website, when the website is not currently registered. this collection is honestly amazing.

Subject: Beautiful, wonderful, fantastic. Fandom(tm) can choke.

Thank you for taking the time and effort putting this together, I know it could not have been either a quick or easy task. The old internet survives because of people like you.

The way these are organized is nice too. I'm not sure how I would have done it, but breaking them down by generation>console>game makes navigating this massive library smoother than anticipated.

Subject: Fandom Kiss My Entire Ass

For those of you who found yourselves here out of anger at Fandom please check out Breezewiki.com

Breezewiki features all of the data from fandom in a readable, ad-free format. The best part is that there is a plug-in that will automatically redirect all fandom links to the breezewiki alternative.

It is currently experiencing issues as of this writing but the plug-in still works.

screw fandom - they ruin every single website they touch. they're like the internet grim reaper and you've done an almighty service by archiving every FAQ on the site.
god bless you, you rippa.

Subject: not lue links, but like the regular kind of links

absolutely demolishing the "this can only be published on gamefaqs" terms of use of these guides by reposting them all to archive dot org so brazenly. unironically epic of you, thanks.
